Details: A financially successful, independent, non profit, community based, critical access hospital, is seeking a Foundation Manager. This position will be responsible for planning, leading and coordinating operations, budgets, activities and relationships pertinent to the Grand Ronde Hospital Foundation. Graduate of an accredited school in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or a related field of study is preferred. Experience in special events in a professional or volunteer capacity is desired. Knowledge or experience with a variety of fundraising elements - including planned giving, annual campaigns, memorial gifts and recognition/ appreciation systems, preferably in the non-profit sector. Knowledge or experience with grant writing and board functions. This individual must have experience in project management/skills. Must be able to write effectively and speak in public, along with a good working knowledge of English, punctuation, spelling and grammar. Capable of performing a variety of physical tasks which range from low to moderate intensity that include prolonged sitting, bending, reaching, walking, & occasionally lifting of up to 40 lbs.
