At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.You will assist the Government Special Access Program Security Officer (GSSO) for an operationally-oriented Air Force acquisition organization. You will be part of a team that manages and operates a highly effective security program responsive to requirements applicable to the collateral, special access (SAP), and SCI security control systems. You will provide multi-discipline security support in SCI and special program environment with special emphasis in the following disciplines: PerSec, InfoSec and CompuSec. Responsibilities Include: • Administering the classified material control and personnel security processes. Provide administrative security support for special access program (SAP) document control functions, including administration of SIMS database, sending, receiving and logging classified and unclassified faxes and correspondence. Communications security support for SCI and SAP activities. Provides support for security awareness and education programs.• Perform data entry to the AFADS database and maintains all customer sponsored billets information is current. Establish and maintain personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element. • Prepares and processes personnel access requests (PARs) for billets. Performing self-inspection and security incident investigation and reporting processes. • The study of federal security policies, regulations and guidance and subsequent development of security processes and procedures designed to meet requirements promulgated by those documents. • Performing physical security reviews and recommending upgrades to the physical security posture of the organization. Developing and revising Fixed Facility Checklists and other accreditation documentation. Assisting Information Assurance Officer in developing and revising Automated Information System Security Plans as well as other accreditation documentation• Conducting OPSEC analyses. Developing and implementing OPSEC plans. • Developing comprehensive program security management documentation. Developing security education tools and planning. Preparing and presenting security education and training. • Advising customer on TEMPEST/EMSEC requirements and providing technical solutions. • Development of solutions to unique and difficult security situations and challenges. • Representing the GSSO at CCRBs, CCBs, IPTs and system planning meetings. • Ensuring changes to system baselines do not negatively impact system security. • Planning, preparing, documenting and executing test security events. • Assisting program managers perform long-term security planning and SAP lifecycle analyses Position Requirements:• You should have a minimum of five years experience providing multi-discipline security support in special access and SCI program environments. Preferably you will have security experience in operational and acquisition environments.• You must (1) possess sound knowledge of requirements and methods to meet requirements delineated in the NISPOM Overprint, JAFAN and DCID series of publications, (2) be a self-starter who can work independently with no supervision, (3) demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong organizational and time management abilities, (4) be highly flexible and capable of operating in a high-tempo, extremely fluid environment. Security Requirements: You must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance based upon a SSBI completed within the last 5 years. Applicant must have a current TS/SCI and be willing to travel (TDY) nationally and internationally and occasionally work evenings, weekends and holidays Applicant must be knowledgeable of NISPOMSUP, Sensitive Compartmented Information policies/management IAW applicable Director of Central Intelligence Agency Directives (DCID 1/19, DCID 6/3, DCID 6/4), and the Sensitive Compartmented Information Administrative Security Manual, DoD 5105.21-M-1. Applicant must be familiar with Special Access Program (SAP) policies management and have a working knowledge of the Joint Air Force, Army, Navy (JAFAN) manuals.Applicant must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. Must be able to perform complex problem solving, demonstrate decision-making skills and make recommendations to senior management to resolve issues.Skills required include ability to handle stress in a fast-paced classified work-environment, work closely (interpersonal skills) with senior level civilian, military and industrial personnel, must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and standard-office computer skills.
