Offer of employment for this position is contingent upon contract award. Medical Director – Program Manager – Healthcare Management Job Responsibilities As a Medical Director, you will provide management for a Texas healthcare facility for which we will be conducting a Medicaid recovery audit. Your specific duties as a Medical Director will include: Conducting and administering fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services, and coordinating financial reporting Directing, supervising and evaluating work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other personnel Maintaining communication between governing boards, medical staff, and department heads by attending board meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning Reviewing and analyzing facility activities and data to aid planning and cash and risk management and to improve service utilization
