Details: POSITION SUMMARY The MSS Ops Lead Trainer is a high profile, critical member of the Dell SecureWorks Managed Security Services Operations organization which delivers managed security services to thousands of clients out of several 24X7 Security Operations Centers. The role is heavily geared towards the creation, modification and delivery of technical content covering Dell SecureWorks’ primary MSS services and should focus on reduced on-boarding time for new hires, targeted skills development training for security operations team members, and documentation creation and maintenance. The target audience for training will be members of the Dell SecureWorks MSS Operations organization (more than 300 people) in the security operations field including: security event analysis, security device management, security platform engineering, operations center customer service, and device implementation engineering. The successful candidate will be a creative and analytical problem-solver, with a strong strategic orientation; someone who deals effectively with both “big picture” issues, as well as detailed tactical activity involved in developing and driving a dynamic program.
